Openface Tuna Melt

I don't use a recipe for this sandwich because I've been making these for decades. Pickles are a must as is a sharp aged cheddar and celery. I usually pile it on a slightly toasted pita bread and then chuck it into the broiler. I also love adding fresh slices of cucumber once it's out of the oven for a nice hot/cold contrast crunch.
